We provide a dedicated team of loan experts to walk your borrowers through the mortgage process. From application, to underwriting and closing, our team will be ordering, obtaining and validating all necessary documentation. Your brand…your client

Once the loan closes, you will fund the loan in your institution’s name, preserving the relationship between you and your borrower. We purchase all saleable loans after disbursement and use our capital markets expertise to maximize the gain on sale. By closing the loan in your name, you continue to adhere to any CRA requirements your institution has.
